• Monitoring and analyzing the 3CX PBX system and identify any potential risk to the network or system performance.
• Attend to helpdesk queries for all windows and Linux Operating System related issue
• Generating reports using MySQL workbench and big query.
• Operating Systems (OS) installations, configuration, systems integration, systems management and security, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting.
• Administration of Google suite or workspace cloud environment.
• System administration using cloud technologies such as Google cloud and Aws.
