Senior Director Product Development and part of the global Commercial division's management team. Heading up the Product Development department consisting of the Packaging Development, New product development (NPD) Process and Artwork teams consisting of 30 people (4 direct reports) and responsible for Product portfolio management in Oriflame. Reports into Oriflame’s Deputy CEO and Head of the Commercial Division.

Senior Director within Global Marketing and R&D and part of the management team. Responsible for the strategy process within the department. Head of two teams of 10 people (5 direct reports) - one being the Marketing Intelligence team which is a team of analysts and project managers supporting the strategic work within Oriflame, the other is the Front End Innovation and Consumer Insight team working to improve the business’ understanding of trends, consumer behavior and needs.

Director within Global Marketing and R&D responsible for the NPD (new product development) processes in Oriflame. Managing the team of Project managers in Oriflame's product categories. Working closely with the management of other key functions in NPD such as Product Marketing, R&D Formulation and Packaging, Purchasing, Supply planning, etc in order to continuously improve efficiency in the NPD organization, decrease time to market and reduce cost of change and quality.

•Manage and drive projects in the cross-functional team during the whole New Product Development (NPD) process to ensure the on-time development of products to agreed performance, cost and quality parameters
•Lead the category team reviews  
•Project leader for more complex development projects  
•Implemented a new process for product development, the Stage & Gate process, in 2009 
•Implemented a new product life management system (PLM) in the Global NPD organization in 2010

Investment manager working with Swedfund’s investments in Eastern Europe, mainly in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.

•Conducted financial analyses and market analyses of potential investments
•Carried out the commercial and financial due diligence of potential investments   
•Created and negotiated financial deal structures for new investments - both in terms of equity and debt   
•Monitored existing portfolio companies 
•Was the appointed director to the Board of Directors of three of Swedfund’s portfolio companies
