I was the main point of contact for all privacy issues, from client requests to IT security questions, from vendor agreement reviews to implementing privacy requirements in CRM systems, assessing privacy requirements for projects (privacy by design for new applications in digital banking, CRM, event management, AI initiatives, blockchain), as well as in archives and records management.

You would find me not only in my office, but often discussing with colleagues (important stakeholders such as IT security, relationship managers and record management colleagues), arguing with vendors about whether they store personal date according to GDPR and keeping an eye open when colleagues dealt with client files and data. I personally opened decades old archive boxes and implemented measures for improving privacy in operational records management.
