As a performance marketing intern at American Airlines, I was able to work closely with agencies and media partners to organize and execute campaigns that focused on sustainability, a travel tool, and a post-covid world. I also analyzed data from social media campaigns using a data analytics platform to discover insights to improve overall engagement and performance across all platforms. With this data I developed interest filters that improved overall SEO and search efficiencies based on data collected to lead to customer conversation. Overall, I also gained a better understanding of reporting media and KPIs within the airline industry.

As a marketing intern at Kathleen Fischer, I work on developing and implementing a social media campaign to broaden the purchaser base and keep current subscribers involved, which has resulted in increased followers and average likes per post. I also research competing social media platforms of similar professionals to see how they may affect the business's consumer base. I create new ideas and evaluate how to apply them to all forms of media while also analyzing the data from social media platforms to expand overall platform usage.

As an associate at Shannon Green Collection, I provided customer service by answering customer's questions in a jewelry store. I also implemented a social media marketing strategy using Facebook and Instagram, which boosted follower interaction by 25%, and redesigned the website from ecommerce to lifestyle by changing content and reducing costs. I was also able to resolve inventory matters through Squareup by adding in missing inventory items and adjusting incorrect entries.

As an intern with Karl Faerber, Luxury Property Specialist, I created and posted daily updates on social media accounts of current listing to gain interaction with followers. I also compiled detailed reports on the local housing market to compare prices in surrounding areas in order to help realtors find locations of new popular areas, and I organized scheduling with clients to establish an agenda.
