I am a positive and enthusiastic individual, with a real desire to help other people succeed. I achieve this by combining my creative, empathetic and exceptional organisational skills to create a stimulating and supportive environment. As a graduate of English Language, I've used these skills over the years to teach, impact and inspire second language learners of English in my work environments. I am also passionate about customer service management and satisfaction, as well as have a flare for helping people produce brilliant written pieces by offering proofreading and editing services.
