I absolutely love being part of a team which is training an army of health coaches, who will help transform health! My role consistes of a blend of student teaching/mentoring, coaching supervision and project management, including IT and course upgrades.

As a functional medicine health coach, I work 1-1 with clients presenting with a range of needs - from mental to physical health challenges. Collaboration with a Registered Nutritional Therapist enables me to offer powerful group coaching programmes, including in a corporate setting. Other corporate work includes webinars, key note talks and 1-1 laser coachings sessions.
Constantly exploring new ways to serve my clients, I continue to expand my skill set by investing in additional training and qualifications such as trauma-informed coaching, i3 accreditation and HRV monitoring systems.

Responsible for acquiring and developing new supporters, whilst developing existing ones, to achieve strategic opportunities for long-term partnerships. I was able to on board a host of new corporate supporters and launched a challenge event series which raised over £24k in its first year.

A personal experience of loss and seeing the profound impact of palliative care, led me to make the move (after two decades in commercial roles in the manufacturing sector) to help support the invaluable service which St Teresa's Hospice offers to patients and their families.

To rapidly develop my clinical knowledge, I undertook a range of formal courses, covering subjects such as end of life care and mental health.

Reporting to the EMEA Sales Director, I managed a Market Analyst, together providing comprehensive market intelligence and data analysis for the business. My responsibilities also included marketing our business using a comprehensive and creative blend of traditional and digital media.   Management of databases, implementation of a new, bespoke CRM system. European customer account management fell under my remit also.

Twenty years working in commercial roles in industry provided me with incredibly valuable people experience, however I always felt that I wasn’t where I should be. A personal experience of a cancer journey and subsequent bereavement in 2018 led me to make some significant changes - I have never looked back!

Health & wellness coaching is a pure joy; my natural curiosity and desire to get to know people allows clients to build rapport and trust with me. Delivering group coaching and corporate workshops, as well as 1-1 sessions allows people to receive the benefits of hearing from others' experiences - truly powerful!
