My role as Senior Service Design Lead lies in the intersection of business, customer experience and design, representing the client voice by acting upon market insights and maintaining our position as a market leader through superior products and client experiences.

Responsibilities

1. Service Development and Innovation
* Increase profitability, efficiency and client experience by operationalising TDC’s suite of services, aligned to common client challenges
* Work with key stakeholders, designers, and developers to manage trade-offs while ensuring that the final product satisfies both business objectives and customer needs
* Maintain superior brand positioning through competitor analysis, go-to-market strategies and innovative brand initiatives 
* Maintain customer loyalty and competitiveness through client and market research that support the development of products and programs 

2. Delivery & Facilitation  
* Event & workshop facilitation for clients & community
* Identify underlying causes for client team dysfunctions through internal, cross-regional focus group facilitation 
* Help clients uncover their unique strengths & weaknesses related to their employer brand through external focus groups & ideation sessions

MISHA is an independently owned luxury fashion label based in Melbourne, Australia. 

Responsibilities:

* Monitor and exceed seasonal client retention
