MSW, LCSW - Indiana University ‘21, mental health and addictions. LCSW recipient ‘23. MBA Candidate '25 with a concentration in leadership. Certified Clinical Trauma Professional EMDR Trained Clinician Interests include: Community Organizing, Racial Justice and EDI topics, program development, workforce training, and social welfare/justice policy work. My clinical bend is simple: Believe people and meet them where they are. I believe in leading by example, absorbing criticism, and passing on praise to those that have worked to achieve success. I believe in accountability. I believe in the need for diversity, equity, and inclusivity, and the need for human services and related practices being entrenched in empathy through trauma-informed, research-driven, and intersectional care. My prior experiences include working at Generic Behavioral Hospital as a clinical supervisor for their intensive outpatient program targeted toward Public Aid recipients. Additionally, I have served as the Clinical Director for the Swedish Hospital Project IMPACT managing the crisis and intake team as well as working with Garfield Park Behavioral Hospital as a social worker for children and adolescents. Finally, I have experience working within the Indiana Child Welfare system via investigations and case management with specializations in sexual abuse and older youth populations. Internship experiences includes adult inpatient care as well as interning through IN211’s crisis and triage hotline.
