I have found a way to combine my passions, and interests with my skill set and blend the two for a very rewarding career in the Travel industry. The end results of my daily efforts generally leave people feeling happy, reenergised, excited, rested, and relaxed. Or hopefully a wonderful combination of all of those things. I am an Operator at my core. Which makes being a Travel Agent slightly more of a challenge for me because essentially it is a Sales role. I don't have the gift of the gab and I can't even sell hot cocoa to an Eskimo, let alone ice. I do have hilarious moments though and a warm friendly disposition. So whilst I can't make Benidorm sound like heaven on earth just because they're running a travel special, I can put in considerable effort to find or create the perfect holiday or travel package for you. I am the Travel Agent who will triple check the spelling of your names and email the hotel 7 times to ensure they've configured the beds right, and are aware it's your anniversary. I am the Travel Agent who will run your requirements through every supplier and check my own prices to ensure I'm getting you the best deal. The type of Travel Agent who will thoroughly read all Google and Trip Advisor reviews, as well as consult my network before recommending a place. The type who obsesses over the little details. The type who will track your flight to ensure you've landed safely. That's me and who I am at my core. The girl people go to when they want things done and they want it done right. That's what I bring to the table, and what I've always been praised for throughout my career. I am also a good listener. I make sure I really hear what you are telling me and try to pick up key clues even in the things you don't say. I have a knack for understanding people and what they really want. It's why surprise destination holidays is one of my niche focuses. A few of my other niche focuses and where I choose to concentrate my product training are: - Cruise - This is where I believe people will get the most value for their money and where I feel you get to see more of the world for less. - Honeymoons & Luxury Travel - Life is for living. It's short and fleeting, so do it right right the first time. - LGBTQ+ Travel - Sadly the world isn't their oyster just yet and not everywhere is safe to visit. Learning about this enables me to tailor holidays where this community is fully free to be themselves and can feel safe. - Adults Only - Being childfree myself, I relate to this market easiest because I understand them best.
