I have worked 40 years in the banking industry, particularly around coaching, training, relationship building and leadership. I have run a cake business where I predominantly taught cake decoration classes which I love especially when I see students confidence growing by the minute! I have a passion for Nature and wellbeing and use this as a Life Coach to support clients to live the life they dream, build their confidence and grow their self esteem Having been through burnout and diagnosis of a long term medical condition ai also bring with me lived experience of working in your wellness every day. My mission is to ensure every woman has the confidence, knowledge and support they need to be the best version of themselves, particularly during menopause as it’s such a time of change and so little is still understood by both men and women. I am determined my generation will be the last to navigate this journey without the knowledge and understanding needed to get the support that is out there sooner rather than later.
