I provide leadership and administration for the Continuous Improvement Pay Plans at a manufacturing facility of 900+ manufacturing employees. I also assist in administrating the labor agreement and supporting the Continuous Improvement Process and employee engagement.

Provided executive development and performance coaching to leaders and technical contributors within John Deere.

Mastery Business Coach

In a manufacturing facility of 900+ employees, I provide leadership for the Continuous Improvement process (shop-floor six sigma). I am also the owner and steward of the team compensation plan and factory productivity metrics. Using high performance teams we are building our products to meet the customer's seasonal demand using lean manufacturing processes.

I also provide learning leadership for process improvements, knowledge retention & transfer, and improving individual's workflow effectiveness

Manager Team Compensation Plans

As a member of that team, contributed to the development of the value proposition for KM at John Deere.
Lead a project to develop knowledge sharing processes for employees new to a position. 
Delivered development programs on building communities of practice.
Participated in a multiple benchmarking studies hosted by the American Productivity and Quality Center (APQC) on knowledge management, communities of practice, and accelerated innovation. Conducted a presentation on sustaining collaborative practices at an APQC conference.

KM Leadership CoP

Facilitated the changes needed by employees, the union, and the company leadership on the implementation of manufacturing methods and systems to support our “build to demand” manufacturing processes. I also engaged in developing 1st line leaders and the on-going collaboration of all company and union leadership groups at the Davenport Works. I also facilitated the hiring of over 300 new employees in 12 months.

Labor Relations Administrator

Was a team member on a 3-year enterprise project to develop and install the wage team performance payment system. I worked with 2 salaried and 3 Union facilitators to install approximately 17 pay plans covering over 900 people. We developed the work teams and provided 1st line leadership development for the new team environment.
