I joined the Company in Jan. 2006 when it was $32MM in assets with only 2 locations.  In 3 years, we grew the Company through 4 bank acquisitions (50%) and through organic growth (50%) to $900+ million in assets and 37 locations.  In addition, actively involved in capital raising efforts and bringing in key Company leadership.  Managed our 5 individual bank charter Presidents which included attending monthly Board, Loan, and Market Committee meetings.

Worked in the Correspondent Banking Group.  Actively marketed bank services and financial products to commercial banks and thrifts in Texas.  Only one of 4 officers in the group to exceed 2003 personal goals for which incentive compensation was received.  During the first six months of 2004, one of only 5 officers recognized for outstanding calling efforts for which a trip to the Bahamas and cash award granted.  Stock option grants also provided.

Christian Brothers Automotive - New Territory

Owner / operator with my wife of full service, 9 bay automotive repair shop in Sugar Land, TX.  Worked on wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles - from oil changes, to engines, to electronics.  Left in 2003 to return to banking and my wife continued to run the business until we sold the franchise in November 2006.
•	Assisted franchisor in negotiations to purchase property and oversee construction of facility.
•	Responsible for daily operations of 9 bay, full service auto repair facility including:  all personnel decisions (7 employees); marketing / advertising; accounting / bill paying; customer service; setting up credit lines with vendors; shuttling customers; and picking up parts.  For the first 18 months, opened the shop daily at 7:00 am and closed at 6:00 pm Monday – Friday.
•	1st year sales of $775,000 set record for startup Christian Brothers franchises.
•	Recognized for “Best Customer Relations” in 1999 and 2000 and “Most Improved Performance” in 2000 among all Christian Brothers franchises.

Wells Fargo Bank (formerly First Interstate Bank of Texas)

Actively marketed bank services and financial products to downstream commercial banks, thrifts, and credit unions in Texas.
Managed accounts through tumultuous hostile merger and transition to Wells Fargo Bank.  Ultimately assumed management for South Texas Correspondent Banking.  Received incentive compensation and stock awards for outstanding performance.

Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas

Actively marketed FHLB products and services to commercial banks, thrifts, credit unions, and insurance companies in South Texas from remote office in Houston, TX.  Exceeded all 1993 performance goals in month of August 1993 for which incentive compensation was received.  Outstanding 1993 performance resulted in highest percentage salary increase (16%) given by the Bank for 1994.
