• Co-ordination of internal/external publications and events and services: source, edit and write copy for publications as well as develop production schedules, liaise with design team and contractors for events and publications.
 
• Planning of events for community groups and members of the public to raise awareness and undertake research: organise events to raise awareness of Local Community Planning issues and plans through internal and external events, undertake research at these events to provide the community view to Council leaders. 

• Administration work for the Local Community Planning Department and other Community Services departments as and when required: all administrative duties including typing, filing, research, ordering resources for projects and dealing with all face-to-face, telephone and email enquiries.
