Yokota Spouses Club 

Provide financial record keeping and oversight of the operations budget  (approx. $100,000 annual income) for the Yokota Spouses Club of over 100 members. Assist in chairing bi-weekly board meetings, facilitating budget operations, and increasing awareness of financial assistance programs for local spouses.

Operations Treasurer & Parliamentarian 

Yokota AFSA 

Assists in the weekly management and daily runnings of the food pantry including inventory management, stocking donations, collecting donations, social media management, and advertising. Help train new volunteers and manage time schedules.

AFSA Food Pantry Volunteer

Yokota LGBTQ+ Family

Assists in the management and organization of monthly club events such as general meetings, board meetings, and volunteer events. Assisted in running several volunteer events including the base PRIDE Parade, Cupcake & A Cold Drink bake sale, Thanksgiving Pie Sale, and the base Haunted House events. Instrumental in coordinating these fundraisers including management of volunteers, procurement of funds, social media marketing  & advertising, etc.

Birth and Postpartum Doula (Private Practice)

Provide non-medical, physical and emotional support during the pregnancy and birth for the pregnant woman and her partner at home, hospital, or birth center. Services also include in-home postpartum support as the woman, baby, and partner adjust to life at home with a new baby. Volunteer at Sutter Davis Hospital Volunteer Doula Program (August, 2014)
