Bali Staffing

As the General Manager/Chief Problem Solver, I was in charge of recruitment, operations,  project delivery, financial reporting and payroll, market strategy, and workforce development/community management.

Achievements: 
- Grew a team of 9 Recruiters to 24 in just six months
- Grew Gross Profit by 283% in six months
- Improved the Percentage Margin by 21% through cost-cutting, the offer of high-scale products, and more realistic salaries
