	Attending different client side meeting to support company’s business development team about technical stuffs
	Managing the software process improvement activities and define the process model for software development
	Developing project plans, creating work breakdown structure and planning project schedule
	Planning, analyzing and conducting R&D on different new technologies to facilitate new software development
	Planning for Risk Management and their mitigation plan
	Performing the Configuration management and Measurement Analysis activities
	Planning for DAR (Decision Analysis and Resolution) to appraise, assist and evaluate various new development tools and technologies
	Analyzing the existing software product by evaluating them under pre defined benchmark
	Performing requirements analysis activities, including elicitation and documentation of user requirements, define requirements for the sub-systems and interfaces, and identify constraints and operational scenarios
	Designing the enterprise software architecture by using industry standard design pattern and UML
	Modeling and administering database architecture deployed across several data center
	Coding of the application framework and other business units according to user specification
	Preparing test packs and performing unit testing activities
	Conducting peer review and guide the team to improve their coding standard.
	Documenting the development procedure, user manual and user acceptance test cases
	Planning for disaster management and recovery 
	Coordinating with other groups, such as business development, sales force, human resources, infrastructure, and system administration for meeting the needs of the project
	Selecting technical people as a member of recruitment team
	Conducting training session for end users

I am M A A Mehedi Hasan, working in EBS Group since 2005. Starting my career as a Software Developer, now serving as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in EBS Group. In this long journey, I have got opportunity to work with various technologies like Microsoft Data Platform, SMS/USSD/IVR based Telecom Value Added Service, and Audio/Video streaming etc. 

As a Microsoft certified Azure Database Administrator Associate, I manage large database, testing and deployment, performance tuning, long term capacity planning, and streamlining operational workflow. I am also a certified AWS Cloud Practitioner and my team is migrating on-prem services to AWS.

Being a member of techforumbd, a Bangladeshi tech community, I regularly speak and organize sessions at local and virtual PASS chapters, SQL Saturdays, and Azure conferences. My course on MSSQL Server is available in Ghoori Learning! In free time, I love to play with MSSQL Server. By the way, you can count me as a traveler too!
