Bearing exclusive responsibility for the success of the company and the responsibility and authority to articulate the strategy, vision, goals, and resource constraints with the support of the Board of directors.
Proactively working to open doors / secure new funding sources from different organizations and partners and private donors. 
Building, maintaining, and energizing relationships with key stakeholders, including individuals with autism and their families, the expansive volunteer network, leaders of other autism-related organizations, and relevant health professionals.
Representing the company as required, including attendance of important medical functions, industry events, and public meetings, and providing interviews to the media to promote the application.
Continuing to develop, manage, diversify and motivate the team, recruiting new talent as necessary.
