- Manage a territory of accounts consisting of ChemPoint’s most strategic customer segments. 
- Accounts include customers of 2.5MM+ pounds (annual volume), $10MM+ (annual sales) and 300+ product lines. 
- Forecast customer demand, execute strategies to address competitive situations, and implement marketing plans to maximize sales of key products. 
- Uncover and evaluate customer needs and use financial analysis to develop and support solutions that match product/service offerings. 
- Conduct targeted prospecting using a variety of resources. 
- Travel to meet customers onsite and at conferences/events approximately 10-15% of the time.

Account Executive

Aramark Uniform Services

Managed a fleet of routes in the Greater Seattle Area, resulting in $4.7 million in annual revenue. 

Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain outstanding customer service within assigned geographic area
Recruit, select, hire, develop and educate Route Sales employees
Effectively manage district’s top 100 accounts through Quality Control Monitoring
Aid in conducting evaluations of staff to provide feedback on their overall performance, growth and customer service skills
Create a pervasive sales culture that fosters a strong brand orientation and supports achievement of sales objectives
Proactively follow up on accounts in jeopardy and lost accounts
Identify growth areas and retain 100% of the district’s customers
Make direct service calls and resolve service concerns expeditiously
Maintain close coordination with production department regarding service and customer issues
Perform route observations weekly
Partner with sales organization to identify areas of growth

District Manager

Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, train, and develop Route Sales employees
Proactively follow up on accounts in jeopardy and lost accounts
Perform daily route check-in, weekly route observations, and truck audits as necessary
Approve credits, soil counts and all orders
Maintain coordination with production department to resolve shortages and other production related opportunities
Aid in conducting evaluations of staff to provide feedback on their overall performance, growth and customer service skills
Maintain satisfactory Market Center targets for cost controls and growth
Ensure timely new account installations and maintain customer satisfaction
Coordinate and execute contract renewals through Route Sales Employees

Route Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
Performs day-to-day activities that ensure effective account management of assigned collection accounts.
Reviews open A/R for all assigned accounts and prioritize collection activities to maximize cash collections.
Communicates via phone conversations, email, fax and letters with customers concerning status of invoice payments.
Performs reconciliations for assigned accounts to maintain accuracy.
Follows up on collection calls with customers (external and internal).
Interfaces with Sales, Operations and Finance departments to resolve billing, collection and credit issues.
Establishes strong working relationships with field team to support collections efforts.
Works with customers and field operations in a proactive manner to resolve discrepancies.
Reconciles account status using current and historical invoicing and payment activity analysis.
Liaison with cash operations regarding cash application specialist to research and reconciles misapplied or payment issues.
Resolves all overdue account balances, unassigned cash and payment discrepancies through research, communication and follow up with clients or field operations.
Prepares delinquent accounts for placement with outside collection agencies per AUS policy.
Monitors changes in customer financial status and payment patterns.
Audits and maintains customer accounts to make sure terms are accurate and customer profiles have current information.
Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
