With over 25 years of experience in financial services and tech, most recently as CEO of Visa for Hong Kong, I am passionate about using technology to improve the financial, physical, mental, and sexual well-being of women in Asia and beyond. I am the founder of FemTechFuture, an advisory and impact investment firm focused on women's health, female founders, and Web3. I advise and invest in several amazing startups that are transforming the way women access and manage their health and wellness, such as Luuna, Sextech School, Mixcare Health, and Hello Nancy. In 2023 Lindsay Davis and I were commissioned by UN ESCAP to research what is needed to accelerate change in the adoption and investment in femtech in Southeast Asia. I am a connector and a community builder, and I co-founded the Fintech Association of Hong Kong and Women In Tech HK to increase the visibility and participation of women in the tech space. I also serve on the board of the Splash Foundation, a Hong Kong-based NGO that teaches underprivileged and migrant communities how to swim for free. I am curious about the future and the possibilities for health and well-being in Web3, and I recently spoke about the Future of Sex at SXSW and about Femtech and Womens Health at TedxTinhauwomen. I have won multiple awards including Harpers Bazaar Visionary Women Award 2023 and Jessica HK Women in Tech Award 2024.
