•	Developing and implementing a product marketing plan in line with strategic objectives. Supporting and executing the go-to-market strategy, services and partner solutions for new offerings, market segments, and geographies.
•	Experience distilling complex concepts into customer-facing messages. Ability to grasp and translate technical product capabilities into benefits for stakeholders inside or outside companies.

•	Construct an evidence-based, data-driven argument in support of a product decision and direction.
•	Develop and align on-site and off-site marketing plans to communicate new features and experiences in collaboration with channel owners and the broader marketing team.
•	Coordinate and support new products launch. Building product awareness through PR, article placements, and social media.
•	Coordinate sales activities and events to meet business goals and increase market share.
•	Set clear, measurable goals (KPIs) and track progress against them - making continuous recommendations for improvement.
•	Sharing your work with peers and leadership for feedback and iteration

Product Marketing Latam

Responsibilities:
•	Coordinate with the global team the best practices across the region.
•	Manage email marketing, landing page creation, content Optimization on digital channels, and internal reporting for 7 countries in LATAM.
•	Drive improvement performance to ensure campaign results.
•	Analyze the campaign´s ROI to evolve the strategies.
•	Driving sales efficiency by delivering gap propriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for the sales team, including marketing campaigns, web materials (videos, website copy, blogposts, infographics, etc.), and solutions presentations to build awareness for and drive new business or for specified solutions.
•	Create and maintain a library of sale stools, such as customer presentations and competitive materials.
•	Define appropriate forecasts and prepare business/marketing plans focused on business development.
•	Coordinate sales activities and events to meet business goals and increase market share.

•	Achievements: 21 Big commercial campaigns between 2021 - 2022, with banks in Colombia, Mexico and Peru, and with crucial stakeholders like VISA, Mastercard, and American Express, increasing sales by 132% on average in previous weeks and months.
