Recently I took a leap of faith and joined my father in a new venture, sourcing experienced technicians from South Africa, to solve the shortage of technically skilled personnel in Belgium.

In my role I’m responsible for growing the business from both sides: identifying manufacturing and maintenance companies that can use our service, plus searching for technical talent that want to make the move to Belgium.

Besides that I’m still involved with the We Are Sales Conference. Here I’m responsible for the selection of speakers for the event.
