Responsibilities:
• Sourcing / Executive Search: Collate long lists for roles across engineering, data, product, and others, ranging from entry-level engineers to directors, heads, and C-level executives.
• Business Development: Provide insights on company data to support business growth.
• Administration:  Compile market intelligence reports, including funding updates, hiring trends, industry news, etc. Occassionally assist in preparing CVs. 
• Reporting: Generate talent / market / salary insights, and recruitment activity reports. Create other detailed reports using Google Sheets / Excel.

Recruitment Researcher

• Healthcare executive search sourcing for corporations and start-ups in the US, focusing on M&A, Operations, Finance, and other senior leadership roles.
• Involved in initial outreach to sourced candidates; tracked and maintained their progress on projects.
• Assisted in the creation of search proposals, talent pipeline, and other reports

Recruiting Researcher

•	Executive Search for several industries
•	Sources resumes/profiles of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards, applicant tracking systems, company web sites, etc.

PSG Global Solutions

•Sources resumes of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards, applicant tracking systems, company web sites, etc.
•Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability and compensation requirements; documents these interviews.
•Sets up interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
•Is involved in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails and general relationship-building.
•Makes recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions.

•Assisted customers with their financial accounts including password, transactions, and even disputes.
•Ensured satisfactory customer experience through resolving all concerns raised and proactively advising resolutions for arising concerns.
