Responsible for generating new business, with enterprise-level companies, I engaged in aggressive outbound prospecting strategies and brand evangelism to grow awareness of OTTO's self-driving vehicles. I worked with customers to understand their operations, business challenges and relevant economic drivers to evaluate the technical fit and business impact of implementing OTTO's Self-Driving Vehicles.  I had the great opportunity to work externally with integrators and internally with applications engineers, product teams and C-suite colleagues.

The Research division at Clearpath provides academic researchers and companies with hardware and custom software solutions to conduct research faster and to rapidly develop prototypes for innovative applications. 

Covering for a maternity leave, I had to quickly immerse myself in the world of robotics so that I could speak intelligently with highly educated customers. I worked with prospects and customers to find appropriate robotics and mobility solutions to facilitate R&D and rapid prototype development. I worked around the clock managing an international territory, encompassing all countries outside of North America, excluding the UK, Korea and Singapore. I also oversaw and supported ~20 international reseller accounts.

LMC is dedicated to transforming diabetes specialist care, by making it more accessible, comprehensive and patient-centric than ever before. LMC has over 11 clinics, 19 clinical research sites and provides care to over 68,000 patients across Canada.

At LMC, I oversaw business development of the Practice Department to generate referrals across clinics in Ontario. I built relationships with physicians, by visiting over 50 clinics per week and hosting lunch and learns. I also worked with pharmaceutical reps, specialists and endocrinologists to host CMEs for large groups of family doctors. I researched and initiated strategic partnerships with fertility clinics and Family Health Teams across the Greater Toronto Area to drive growth of referrals.

While working at Nutrasource, I reported directly to the CEO, where I consulted with customers on clinical trials, product testing and regulatory requirements. I managed the full sales cycle, including account management. Working at a small business reinforced my belief that a good customer experience is paramount in client retention, positive word of mouth and account growth.
