I have been working in the FMCG space since graduating in 2015 starting in the Philippines and now in my new home country, Australia. I moved to Sydney in 2017 and is now a full-fledged Australian citizen since 2022. To date my career has covered various disciplines such as manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, project management, product label artwork development and marketing. I have had the opportunity to learn from every stint and apply it to the next job, despite being different in primary nature at times. In the long run, I aim to be an expert in supply chain operations and continuous improvement and maybe dabble in consultancy. I am always open to new opportunities to grow and learn in my career! Outside of work, I am very passionate about cooking, baking, and recently - plant collection and care! Ultimately, I want to be a professional with healthy work-life balance. I value mental health as much as physical health, and openly advocate for young professionals like me to prioritise it.
