Education is a gateway to change in people's lives and their communities. Needless to say, international education bears the same concept in a more comprehensive way. As a result of globalization, individuals and organizations experience the need to understand different cultural identities and how they can harmoniously and respectfully complement each other. In my opinion, international education not only shapes global leaders and citizens, it also brings civilizations together. My ultimate goal is to support organizations: a) to innovate and develop new strategies that allow the interchange of accurate information about opportunities available in the market; b) to develop opportunities that will successfully combine well-established practices and theories with continuously changing tendencies and needs; and c) to narrow the cultural and geographical gaps amongst people and nations.
