•	Responsible for Forecasting and Analysis of $140 million annual budget for Selling, General and Administrative Expenses.
•	Transitioned International Financial Analysts from LORD Corporation systems to Parker Hannifin systems following the 2019 acquisition of LORD by Parker.
•	Lead month close reporting requirements – responsible for consolidating reporting metrics globally across operations, supply chain, pricing, sales, and quality into 6 reports broadcasted to global divisions. 
•	Created proactive and on-demand reports that influenced senior leadership decisions to improve and strategically position a $400 million business unit. 
•	Leveraged Power BI to create the Win Scorecard – a global report analyzing the company’s 29 KPIs to be shared with executive leadership; saving senior leadership 32 hours monthly in manual calculations, now executable on-demand. 
•	Streamlined legacy financial reports to adapt to new reporting requirements.
•	Owner of global rebates, commissions and royalties – approximately $4 million.
•	Support plant operations by forecasting $250 million in annual spending.

Responsible for building expertise across multiple business functional groups through three six-month rotations: 
o	Global Business Development: Focused on Market Expansion in Electric Vehicle Market; leading subsegment of strategic product development and collaborating with customers in U.S. and China markets for a $2 million program.
o	International Market Strategy: Relocated to Hilden, Germany for six months. Identified 21 new product application opportunities at current customers in Eastern Europe valued at $1.2 million annually. Created a relationship with two new-to-LORD customers with applications valued at $5.6 million.
o	Financial Analysis: Responsible for all S&OP forecasting for the Assembly Protection Solutions product group in the Europe region. Executed Price, Volume, Mix Analysis – Measured the effect of price & volume on total sales year over year for the Aerospace & Defense business.
