Formally known as the Sales Manager. Managed a team of 11 "Service Experts." In charge of sales as well as the team and operations of the facility. Gave each guest the “24 Hour experience” by catering to the individual’s specific wants and needs. Built strong relationships with members and showed devotion to help them through their fitness journey. Worked closely with my team, the General Manager, and the Fitness Manager to devise strategies and goals for current and potential members. One of 5 counselors responsible of the supervision of 20-25 very young girls. Facilitated, supported, and supervised camper participation in activities and field trips. Helped them create unforgettable memories and leave them believing this was the summer of their lives.  Also a one-on-one counselor with a diabetic child, keeping track of her blood sugar and monitoring her food intake to ensure her overall health and safety.
