As the Head of People Operations at Re:Coded, an NGO that trains conflict-affected and underrepresented youth to become tech leaders, I leverage my BSc in Psychology and 10 years of experience in people-orientated roles to drive a powerful culture underpinned by inclusivity, equity, and the ability for all to bring their full self to work.
