- Translates market and customer needs into clearly defined goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics to drive sales and profitability for the business. Accountable for gaining and driving cross functional support from all stakeholders.

- Marketing transformation – Driving the marketing transformation agenda across the organization with global and local counterparts for growth and lead generation. Participating in projects and discussions that can be seen untraditional for marketing, to increase brand experience and value.

- Strategic marketing initiatives – Driving the future global Marketing initiatives (Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics) paving the way for more data-driven, personalized marketing.

- Brand Strategy - Owning the brand strategy and marketing plan across all markets. Develops strategies with local execution. Works closely with Sales to translate their vision into a local plan.

- Business Priorities - Understanding the business needs then building respective Marketing plans across all functions and markets. 

- Brand Elevation - Responsible for the global brand value and regional equity. 

- Finance - Budget owner, responsible for marketing related spending in all regions. Data driven approach to drive proﬁtable investments (KPI’s & ROI)
