I am a self-motivated, results-oriented, communication and marketing professional, driven to achieve my work and personal goals. This role linking me with people and the growth of the business closely together has enabled me to develop a strong combination of core skills: • Communication | Relationships and Customer • Strategic | Planning and Support • Commercial | Business needs and Growth Currently, I support Ingram Micro’s Technology division, for which we have facilities in eight countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Best practice sharing (sales enablement and go to market collateral or content) and being the central point of contact means that I liaise and support service divisions in the USA, Latin America (LATAM) and Canada plus some of our teams in Asia-Pacific (APAC). The product/service range, which I am responsible for raising awareness of, is complex. I often have to tell the story or “translate” these complex solutions through various mediums including video, case studies, product marketing content or other content types. I have a track record of successful execution of messaging, positioning, competitive asset creation and delivery in a corporate communications role. On a day-to-day basis, I play a key role in the innovation of marketing strategies and developing the content of new solutions to be presented to customers, whilst simultaneously supporting our business development teams to achieve their goals in growing accounts and securing new business across Europe.
