The Burrito Bar at Breeze Hill

Worked as a temporary employee at a casual out-door burrito bar. Served and provided for guests while also maintaining and following CDC restaurant guidelines. Duties included taking food orders, fulfilling drink orders, working the host stand, bussing tables, and general closing cleaning and tasks.

Lost Paddle Rafting Inc

Guided customers through class III whitewater on the Arkansas River through the beautiful Big Horn Sheep Canyon. As a trip leader I was in charge of overseeing myself, fellow raft guides, and customers while ensuring everyone is having an experience of a lifetime while keeping safety an upmost priority. Prior to getting on the river, tasks include packing everything needed for the rafting trip and making sure all guests have arrive.

Served and provided for guests within an extremely fast paced, high elevation environment. Duties included but not limited to beginning of shift restaurant set up, serving food and drinks to up to 12 tables, working POS system, restocking, and end of shift cleaning tasks.

Served and provided for guests within an extremely fast paced, high elevation environment. Duties included but not limited to beginning of shift restaurant set up, serving food and drinks to up to 12 tables, working POS system, restocking, and end of shift cleaning tasks. When working as a barista I provided guests with coffee drinks along with a number of other grab and go options. Duties included opening coffee shop up in the morning, restocking, working POS system, and cleaning and closing at the end of shift.

Served and provided for guests within a fast-paced environment in a farm to table restaurant that promoted the use of local sources, organic food consumption, and sustainable practices. Duties included being able to wait on a handful of tables at once, making alcoholic beverages at the bar, running food, bussing tables, and closing cleaning tasks.

Independent Whitewater Inc

Went through a two week long training where I learned how to guide a raft through class III whitewater. On completion of getting through guide training, I was then a certified guide and qualified to guide customers through the Browns Canyon National Monument.

In charge of tending to the bar while also taking food orders and working the cash register. Extra safety precautions always taken due to it being an airport bar. Other duties included food and bar preparation, restocking of gift shop and grab and go items, knowing how to operate kegerator, counting and managing the till, and general cleaning tasks.
