∙ End-to-end recruitment in an extensive range of Entry level to Managerial roles in various department from Hotel Operations, Revenue Management, Business Development, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Legal etc
∙ Handled hiring for Regional Offices in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia 
∙ Oversee employee retention and development through improving compensation and benefits scheme, excellence People Operation and enriching Employee Engagement for Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand Office.

* Flew to our headquarter in Manila, Philippines to work together with the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager on transforming the Regional Talent Acquisition team. From handling recruiting and staffing to Data-Centric Talent Acquisitions specialists

Joined as a HR Executive, spearheading Talent Acquisition facets. Handled and manage full recruitment cycle for Junior and Top Management position for Corporate and Operation Function such as Deputy Executive Chef, Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, Head Barista and HR Manager.

Was promoted to HR Specialist in June 2018 where I took on an HR generalist role. 

KEY Accomplishment :

* Administer 360-degree feedback and staff happiness survey for Singapore Office
* Spearheaded an Employee Engagement project 
*Assist to administer Government grants and incentives such as Flexible Work Arrangement
* Selected and represented Singapore Team to travel across our Global locations in Russia and Romania to launch the Global HR Structure covering Recruitment and Selection Policy and Adaptation Program.
