I started my Introhive career as a field marketing manager, helping architect best practices for growing brand awareness through events. As part of a marketing team of two, I quickly expanded to support email marketing, campaign management, digital marketing, agency management, marketing analytics and budget management.

As Global Communications Coordinator, I managed a fully integrated communication plan through mediums that include emails, webinars, publications, videos, media, and external partnerships. I also directed the Speakers Bureau and represented Gallup through the creation of compelling speaker pitches, thorough benefit negotiations, and strategic relationship development with external partners.

As Regional Marketing Coordinator, I supported the Enterprise Business Development team by developing Gallup's first regional marketing plan, which targeted senior executives from organizations with greater than $1B annual revenue. This plan included multiple touchpoints from the following channels: digital, email, physical mail, and events, and succeeded in providing more personalized sales/marketing outreach, which in turn created more leads. I also engineered a lead response process to ensure swift, efficient replies to inbound leads. To maximize this process, I trained consultants on the general usage and best practices of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Towards the end of this job, I began assisting the global communications team on regional implementations, which led to my eventual promotion.

Canon USA

Maddy became a member of Canon USA's Marketing Planning team in the Summer of 2013. She had the responsibility of researching Canon's new products and drafting creative briefs to extensively detail a product, target market, and marketing objectives in order to ensure cross-practice alignment. Additionally, Maddy lead meetings to debrief objectives with advertising agencies, and maintained project timetables as campaigns were developed. In fact, she was the direct contact for two large projects including the Vixia Mini promotional campaign.
