Introvert to a leader: My Story

At first, tackling my CA course felt like staring down a mountain for someone like me. 

But those three years at a CA firm? 

They flipped my whole outlook upside down. 

Suddenly, collaborating, networking, and chatting up a storm became my jam. 

And let me tell you, those skills? 

They're like gold in this profession!

Not only did they boost my career, but they also turned me into a flexible, go-getter kind of person. 

Now, I'm all about taking on challenges with a big smile. Bring it on, world! 

Now this is extremely personal to me, but I think it really captures the essence of my transformation. 

During my time at the CA firm, I was tasked with leading a team on a particularly challenging project. 

Despite my initial reservations, 

I dove headfirst into the task, using my newfound communication and leadership skills. 

The project was a success, and seeing the team come together under my guidance was an incredibly rewarding moment for me. 

It solidified my belief in the power of personal growth and stepping out of your comfort zone.

➠  I'm their trusted advisor. 

I have to offer support and guidance 24*7 

(Even if that comes at a cost of personal time).

4️⃣ Dealing with ethical dilemmas 

➠  Dealing with ethical dilemmas is part of my job. 
➠  Upholding high ethical standards is a priority. 
➠  Managing ethical grey areas isn’t always easy. 

I always knew that it wouldn't be effortless. 

But I have dedicated myself to serve my clients.  

And that’s what makes each day beautiful for me.
