Itron is a company that focused primarily on the hardware. As part of journey at Itron, I brought a lot of focus to the usability of the software we built. 
Introduced User Centered Design to the team and worked on incorporating user research and usability testing into the software development process.
Wore multiple hats through the years including but not limited to: Scrum Master, Product Owner, Software Architect and UX Architect.
Managed remote and on-shore teams.
Built a design library to launch a new product platform.
(I joined as a consultant through a consulting company and transitioned to a full time role after a couple of years.)
