Growth Product Manager

Role & Responsibilities
- Leverage data and continuous user research to identify new areas of growth for our Fintech business and drive our Payments product roadmap 
- Product and Business Lead for our Point of Sale Product, responsible for key metrics and ongoing operations, including partnerships with GTM / BD,  inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Launch experiments and A/B tests for new features and products to help drive key payments metrics

Key Results
- Grew Attach Rate of Payments Product by ~10%
- Grew Payments Volume ~2.5x to over ~$1.5bn in Annual Volume
- Increased the % of our total transaction volume checked out with card-present payment types by 50%, resulting in lower fraud rates and a ~3% increase in net profit

Spun out a dedicated Payments / Fintech team from Biz Ops.  Responsible for growing payments revenue and launching new fintech products. 

Conducted extensive user research and data analysis, including customer segmentation and cohort analysis, to define strategy and "North Star" for Payments Business.  Led the launch of our newest card reader.

Where it all began... an unconventional college organization where I first exercised my entrepreneurial chops and met a bunch of really inspiring people 

I planned startup trips to cities including NYC, SF, and DC, taking groups of UVA students to visit 100+ startups, as well as organizing meetups with Alumni in each city.  Ran a team of 12 and coordinated everything including fundraising, transportation, lodging, venues, and company and alumni outreach. 

I also created a program to expose students to the world of entrepreneurship by hosting a "T-Shirt Sales Contest", where I challenged a group of students to see who could sell the most T-shirts online in a 1 month period.
