- Achieved a 12+% increase in completion rates for the initial stage of the onboarding journey by analyzing funnel data to identify critical drop-off points and implementing a completely revamped onboarding experience via A/B test

Growth Product Manager

Co-founded a team responsible for managing and growing our payments / fintech business. Grew payment processing revenue by shipping growth initiatives to drive attach rates, expanding fintech product offerings, and identifying product improvements. 

- Optimized supply chain process for card reader, reducing inventory restocking period from 10 weeks to <4 weeks by consolidating vendors, standardizing ordering processes with suppliers, and streamlining internal approvals

- Grew attach rate of payments product by ~10% by using no-code solutions (Iterable, Segment, and SQL) to launch a custom and detailed business insights report for our customers, accessible only to payments users

- Introduced a chargeback insurance program, providing customers protection from payment disputes, by interviewing 20+ customers to validate idea and shipping initial offering via a low-code test, which was later operationalized

Where it all began... an unconventional college organization where I first exercised my entrepreneurial chops and met a bunch of really inspiring people 

I planned startup trips to cities including NYC, SF, and DC, taking groups of UVA students to visit 100+ startups, as well as organizing meetups with Alumni in each city.  Ran a team of 12 and coordinated everything including fundraising, transportation, lodging, venues, and company and alumni outreach. 

I also created a program to expose students to the world of entrepreneurship by hosting a "T-Shirt Sales Contest", where I challenged a group of students to see who could sell the most T-shirts online in a 1 month period.

Previously worked as a Private Equity investor, partnering with founder-led companies in the software, government contracting, and national security sectors, helping them scale through M&A and organic initiatives.  Started my career in investment banking in BofA's Leveraged Finance group.
