Airmeet facilitates meetings online, from small meetups, social webinars, to large conferences, where the focus is on information dissemination as much as engagement and interest-based meetings.

Customers use it for community building, connecting with new customers, lead generation and accelerations among other use cases. Think, an amazingly immersive and engagement-driven events platform for small and large companies. We get most of our love from marketers, event planners, sales organizations, and community managers. 

At Airmeet, along with a great team, I am responsible and lead the entire marketing function, including Event Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, AR, PR, Design, and Branding.

Head Of Marketing

Freshworks

• Head of Product Marketing, Freshservice. Established product marketing as a function within Freshworks for Freshservice, overseeing PMM during product growth to major $$ milestone.
• Envisioned and built a high performing PMM function within Freshservice with zero attrition.
• Introduced Freshservice in ITSM Magic Quadrant for the first time ever in the Gartner MQ for service management category.
• Chief evangelist for Freshservice at leading industry events including SITS and Refresh 2020.
• Launched ITOM and AI-powered Virtual Assistant categories for Freshservice.
• Spearheaded an enterprise release process for ALL product lines, switching from CI/CD model to a more predictable release model for better customer experiences and increased operational efficiency.
• Pivoted Freshservice marketing onto persona-driven messaging, positioning, sales plays, and
campaigns.
• Worked with the performance marketing teams to drive inbound traffic for SMB customers through targeted campaigns to keep the small-lower mid-market customer base healthy.
• Multiple internal accolades and recognitions for decisive and inclusive leadership and fostering culture, with highest employee engagement scores across BU in annual employee satisfaction survey.
• Envisioned and operationalized sales enablement function to drive deep product support into GTM
