-Developed a business plan for the development of the elevator construction plant in Kazakhstan
- the business plan included: marketing analysis of the elevator market in Kazakhstan, project payback, management structure, expected sources of funding, staffing, the prospective construction site for construction of elevator factory, and the possibility of obtaining a preferential treatment within the SEZ (special economic zone in Kazakhstan).
- sent two Kazakhstanis for 3-6 months training "production of elevators".
- It is expected to send more than 6-8 people for training starting from August 2021.
