I coordinate a team of Technical Specialists, Customer Success + Subject Matter Experts to deliver Enterprise Value and ROI. I align the capabilities of the Linkedin Sales Platform to customer objectives to increase revenue and decrease cost/risk to to the business. I go to market both independently and alongside Microsoft and work with partners to structure mutually advantageous long-term multi-year programs.

Gong

At Gong, I was responsible for $MM acquisition and retention plan, where I closed 2 of the 5 largest customers (Linkedin and Paypal) on $MM multi-year agreements, growing TCV 300%+ for both. I also closed the first Enterprise new business deal in EMEA in partnership with Bain.

Gong's patented revenue intelligence technology records, transcribes and analyzes customer engagements and uses machine learning and AI to  identify actionable insights across a company's people, pipeline and competitive markets to increase revenue and decrease cost and risk.

I joined Gong as one of the first 5 Strategic account sales leads and sold two of the 5 largest customers, one F20 and other F100. I helped build the process to take this team over 20 in FY21. In my role, I managed the global sales process with an handful of Strategic Large Enterprise customers in Financial Services, Telco and Technology with $MM revenue responsibility across new business and install base. In this role, I delivered 250%+ YoY growth in the install base, closed the first Strategic customer account based solely in EMEA and aligned customers to multi-year agreements that deployed the software globally.  I met and exceeded key performance objectives throughout my tenure and returned to Linkedin to build a Center of Excellence after having sold a multi-year expansion strategy to the company.

I partnered with Global Strategic accounts focused on Digital Transformation & Employee Communications, Collaboration and Advocacy as part of LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions - Elevate Business Unit.

Sprinklr is the most complete social media management platform for the enterprise. They help the world's largest brands do Marketing, Advertising, Care, Sales, Research and Commerce on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and 20+ other social channels globally - all on one integrated platform.

*FY16 -  Global Sales Representative of the Year  (277% to plan). Closed $MM net new deal with largest bank in UK, replacing Salesforce Marketing Cloud in 70 countries across 1,200 users.
*FY15 - Joined in 2H via acquisition of NewBrand and worked with product and exec leadership to integrate the offering into Listening module while co-selling with global deployments as a stand alone offering.

NewBrand (acquired by Sprinklr) was a business intelligence, text analytics and sentiment analysis technology used by leading Retail, Hospitality and Food & Beverage Brands. Upon acquisition, the technology was integrated into Sprinklr's listening technology to enhance location and product-level insights. NewBrand was backed by Revolution Ventures and NEA and based in Washington, DC.

Madison is a seasoned Sales Executive and Investor in world class technology companies in North America and Europe who has been recognized as a top sales & business development professional and leader at organizations including Sprinklr, Linkedin and Gong. Madison currently manages Strategic Enterprise Accounts within Linkedin Sales solutions, where he oversees several of Linkedin's largest Global customers and partners.

 A respected long-term investor, he also oversees a  multi-asset portfolio strategy that seeks asymmetric return opportunities across asset classes.
