People are tired of getting ghosted and/or paying insane recruitment costs. Am I the 1% ? My mom thinks so. Here is why: I started my career working for a non-profit hospital and landed in technology recruitment before switching back over to healthcare. I have worked both internally in a HR/Talent Acquisition capacity as well as on the staffing side of outsourced recruitment. Internal recruitment teams are slow and don't understand the skills needed. External recruiters cost too much and don't care about the big picture. My power is in my ability to blend the two, and deliver the best of both "worlds". Most importantly - I am NOT running a mega staffing agency. I am NOT charging a % of salary.
