Personally: Since the beginning of the '00s, I have trawled through everything available on the bookshelves about personal development, behavior, leadership, and understanding people. Both for self-help and a desire to help others. My DISC shows a towering I. I love underdog mentality, people who are brave enough to challenge status quo and I get a kick out of seeing others succeed. I thrive best when I am busy challenging the conventional, and when I can see that what I bring to the table changes things for the better. That's exactly why I'm on a personal mission to challenge the conservative and dusty approach to recruitment. I am definitely a "big-picture" person, but with an acquired sense for details and quality. I am a passionated solo-preneur and family father, but when the weather gods and the calendar are in my favor, I try to escape to Cold Hawaii🏄 🏆 My results professionally: → Successfully completed +300 internal recruitments from 2004-2011. → Started the recruitment company mind A/S in 2011 based on teal principles and 100% organic growth. → Børsen Gazelle in 2016 & 2017. (548.6% growth) → Revenue: +70 million DKR → Hired, trained and led +20 full-time consultants and opened offices in Aarhus & Copenhagen. In the period Feb 2011- June 2023 we achieved the following in mind: - +1,000 successful recruitments for external customers - 99% were still employed after one year. - +17,000 candidate screenings and job interviews. - 2020 - 2023, 95% of the tasks came from passive sales from returning customers. → In August 2023 I started mind Academy, where I help leaders & HR become better at recruiting & retaining talented employees. → Publish the podcast 'Magnet'🧲 about attraction & retention of talents every week. → Publish videos with free recruitment training on the YouTube channel "Recruitment Academy" → Publish the newsletter "Become better at recruiting & engaging" here on Linkedin and on Beehiiv.
