I’m a Post-Doctoral Research Scholar at the Economics Department of the W. P. Carey School of Business at ASU. With a PhD in Economics, my research is in macroeconomics, financial economics, entrepreneurial finance, innovation, the future of work, and the digital economy (i.e., Web3, blockchain, and decentralized finance). I am very familiar with data science, econometrics, and causal inference methods such as causal analysis and experimental design, difference-in-differences and fixed effects models, Regression Discontinuity Design (RDD), instrumental variables, treatment selection, power analysis, analysis of attrition and non-compliance, and analysis of heterogeneous effects and interference. My practical data science experience comes from several years of extensive research experience, involving data collection, database management, analysis, and producing scientifically rigorous papers. I proficiently use Python and R for econometric programming, data science, machine learning, NLP, and deep learning tasks. My skill set extends to effectively organizing and communicating research insights, enabling success in both independent and teamwork research environments.
