I lead a team of sellers across EMEA, ensuring that my teams needs are met, they have adequate resources to effectively work with their clients and team KPI's are met. My role involves helping others develop their skills, identifying strength areas and opportunities for growth & supporting each team member to over-achieve on their metrics, as well as personal goals. I'm also responsible for hiring, developing & retaining talent, ensuring that every new team member is a good fit for the team and has a set of skills that can bring value. Collaboration is important in any company and in IBM, I encourage team collaboration by actively reaching out to other teams exploring ways we can work together. Previous to this leadership role, I led the Client Success team & prior to management, was the Team Leader & CSM, supporting the UKI market, which involved building customer relationships, driving efficiencies and supporting customers with their strategic goals. My background spans across Business Development, Account Management & Relationship Building and as a result, I'm passionate about building meaningful relationships with and adding value.
