In a blink of an eye, I've been in a quota-carrying role for the last 14 years. In my first few years in sales, I remembered thinking to myself "Wow, it is so tiring to have a number over my head all the time and to have to restart every quarter. How do people do it and how can I do this? Its so hard.." Never would I expect myself to have made it to 14 years and still enjoying the work I do - working closely with my customers and finding ways to be their trusted advisor. The best compliment a client can give me would be telling me that I'm an extension of their team! As part of my own up-skilling, I look forward to learning from the Best Enterprise Sales Executives in the region/world. Sales has given me the opportunity to live in different cities in my 20s - from Shenzhen, Shanghai, Hong Kong to Japan and I'm always grateful for the exposure. I am now based back home in Singapore with my family and my little farm of dogs and cats.
