I was raised in Uganda, a country where 75% of the population is jobless. I am also a victim of unemployment, despite having completed my university education. Every year, institutions in Uganda release 400,000 graduates to compete for only 9,000 available jobs. Only 30% of these graduates manage to secure employment, and the situation is even more alarming for those without skills. Based on my past experiences and the current situation, I was driven by an inner motivation to start ASEN (Axis Social Entrepreneurship Network). Our team aim to bridge the gap in education. Additionally, I am co-founding YINNOH (Youth Innovation Hub), an organization that aligns with my life purpose. With four years of experience in mentorship, training, and leadership, I believe I can change the world by investing my energy and effort in young people, helping them become changemakers.
