She is an enterprise, digital and culture transformation practitioner backed by six years of hands-on consulting experience in organisation design, learning & development curriculum/career pathing, IT governance, capability development, rapid piloting and change management (including adoption of new ways of working and culture change). Adaptive and dynamic, she works equally well independently and in teams and can structure complex problems and points-of-view into easily digestible pieces for the target audience. She strongly believes in candor, empathy, psychological safety; is a mental health and neurodiversity ally and graduated with a B.Sc. (Biotechnology) from Monash University.
