I am a retail leader with over 10 years of diverse experience in the fashion, beauty, tech, and home furnishings sectors. Currently, I am a District Sales Manager at Skechers, a global footwear company that offers comfort, style, and innovation. In this role, I leverage my core competencies in marketing communications, customer relationship management, and retail sales to oversee the operations and performance of 9 stores in British Columbia. My mission is to create a positive and engaging work environment that fosters customer loyalty, employee satisfaction, and business growth. I provide leadership, coaching, and support to the store managers and associates, and collaborate with the corporate teams and partners to implement and execute the brand vision, strategies, and initiatives. Additionally, I have a unique background in art therapy, which I obtained from the Vancouver Art Therapy Institute after completing my Honours BA in Fine Art and Exceptionality in Human Learning from the University of Toronto. This enables me to apply creative and empathetic approaches to problem-solving, conflict resolution, and team building.
