As the CTO of Wineally, my primary responsibility has been to lead my team in preparing for our global launch and maturing the product. As a member of the management group, I have been responsible for overseeing tech, which accounts for a large portion of the company budget, and contributing to our overall strategic planning.

As CTO I have:

- Successfully assembled a highly skilled tech team of employees and consultants in Sweden and abroad. Growing the team from 2 developers in March 2021 to 12 team members with full devops capability.
- Implemented several initiatives to increase Wineally's overall performance and security
- Migrating our applications from IBM Cloud to Azure and GitHub and implementing New Relic as an observability platform.
- Transitioned our architecture from a monolithic architecture to a microservices-based architecture, ready for the challenging demands of the business.
- Managed daily activities such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and provided direction for future features and improvements of the platform.
- Reporting to CEO and communicating tech updates to board and investors.

As a result of these efforts, we have been able to achieve our goals and position ourselves for a successful global launch.

Chief Technology Officer

Inwido AB

As the IT Architect at Inwido, my responsibilities where to oversee the group's IT architecture, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic benefits. One of my top priorities was modernizing the IT landscape, which included outsourcing projects and simplifying the architecture through the consolidation of the application landscape and moving towards a target architecture.

As Security Manager, I worked closely with local business areas to assess and improve our security posture. I assessed and made adjustments to build security awareness across the group and addressed any vulnerabilities that arise.

When GDPR came into effect, I assumed the role of Group Data Protection Manager for the Inwido Group. In this capacity, my main focus has been on ensuring knowledge sharing of common processes, templates, procedures, and guidelines. Before GDPR, I coordinated a group-wide project focusing on GDPR compliance for all business areas. My efforts have helped to strengthen the company's compliance and security measures, enabling us to protect our customers and their data.

My experience ranges from the CTO of a tech startup to the Cybersecurity Manager for a 4000-employee manufacturing company with operations across Europe. 

As the startup CTO of Wineally, I led the tech team in preparing for the launch and maturing the product. I also contributed to the strategic planning and budgeting as a member of the management group. In my role as Cybersecurity Manager I was responsible for cybersecurity and GDPR compliance across the group. 

I have over 15 years of experience in leading tech teams and delivering strategies in international companies.
