Maha Aamir's Best Posts (last 30 days)

Use Taplio to search all-time best posts

What happens when you post 30 times, write 1000 comments, and DM 400 people, in 30 days? I’m about to find out. This is either going to be genius or completely insane. Why? Because I’m tired of hearing advice like: • “You don’t need to post daily” • “Quality over quantity” • “Comments > content” Maybe they’re right. But I want to see what actually works in 2025. Two weeks ago, I started using LinkedIn seriously. So far: ● 5 educational posts ● 60 comments ● 100 DMs Was it effective? To a little extent. But now I’m building in public. Experimenting in real-time. For the next 30 days, I’m going all in on LinkedIn: - 1 value-packed post every day - 33+ unique comments (big/fellow creator + ideal prospects) - 10 DMs (new conversations - to help, not sell) - 20 connection requests (in WD only) And by July 1, I’ll share every insight: → What moved the needle → What flopped miserably → What I’d never do again Oh, and I’m also launching my first lead magnet along the way. (Any guesses what it is?) If you’ve ever wondered what might happen if you actually tried every strategy you’ve read about, you might want to follow this one. Would you ever try something like this? Or am I officially losing it? I'm Maha Aamir and I'm going to share my insights on the elements of personal branding in the next 30 days. Hit the follow to not miss a single day. You’re all in this with me.🫱🏻‍🫲🏽

Posts. Comments. DMs. Won't bring you any results if….(Founders/Execs, Take Notes!) Two weeks ago, I actively started using LinkedIn. But before I posted a single word, I updated my profile. Because when someone clicks through, they’re asking themselves: → Who is this? → What do they do? → Can they help me? If your profile doesn’t answer those questions, fast, nothing moves. Here are the 5 silent killers of a LinkedIn profile: 1. A Headline That Hides You You’ve got 220 characters to tell me exactly what you do and who you do it for. But most headlines sound like this: → “Founder | Advisor | Coach” → “Helping businesses grow” Which tells nothing. Fix it now: Use “I help [ICP] achieve [transformation] through [method].” 2. An About Section That Lacks Focus Too long, too vague, or just missing the human thread. Often written in third person narrative. Fix it now: Tell a 3-part story: → Personal truth (why you care) → Business proof (why you're credible) → Call to action (what to do next) This is your only space to control the full narrative. Don’t waste it. 3. A Banner That Says Nothing Most banners are underused, logos, stock images, or blank. Fix it now: Make your banner work: → State what you do → Who it’s for → What to do next Design it for the people who scroll but don’t read. 4. Featured Section That Leads Nowhere Your featured section should create momentum. But most people don't set up one. Fix it now: Give it purpose: → Book a call → Get a resource → See a case study One action. One reason. One click. 5. A Profile That’s Trying to Please Everyone Speaks to everyone, means it resonates with no one. Fix it now: Speak to the right person. The quiet viewer. The buyer. The one who’s almost ready. Make it clear this was built for them. Here’s how I think about it: ✅ Profile = Landing page → Clarity. Relevance. Simplicity. ✅ Headline = Hook → Your value, in one line. ✅ About = Real story → No pitch. Just purpose. ✅ Banner = Signal → What you do. Why does it matter? ✅ Featured Section = Funnel → Built for action, not distraction. Your profile doesn’t need to impress everyone. It just needs to make the right person say: “This is exactly who I need to talk to.” P.S. If you want me to take a look or help you revamp yours: → Check the Featured section → Or send me a quick DM with “Profile” and we’ll start there

No LinkedIn Traction? Take this TCP Test for $0 to Self-Audit your Profile in <15 Minutes Remember the advice “Treat your profile like a landing page?” Well that's still fresh. If your profile doesn't express who you are, what you do and for whom, then you might never be able to stand out. Here's a 3-part self-audit you can run today to fix that, in 15 minutes or less.I call it the TCP Test: 1️⃣ TRUST Your clients need to know: Can I trust this person with time, capital, and my business? Ask yourself: ✅ Is your profile photo high-quality and confident (not cropped or casual)? ✅ Does your headline reflect credibility, not just your job title? ✅ Does your About section tells your story or is just a pile of your work experience? 📌 Fix this fast: 1. Add 1-2 client wins or transformation stories along with a personal story in your about section. (Because people love to read stories about real people) 2. Swap a generic headline like “Founder @ XYZ” for “Helping B2B SaaS scale pipeline with RevOps systems (ex-HubSpot | 3 exits)”. 2️⃣ CLARITY Strategic people are allergic to confusion. If they can’t immediately understand what you do and who you help, you’re invisible. Ask yourself: ✅ Does your Featured section contain anything solid i.e. testimonials, offers or case study? ✅ Would your ideal partner/client understand your offer in 10 seconds? ✅ Do your posts match your stated expertise or are they random? 📌 Fix this fast: 1. Rewrite your About section using this formula: Who you help → What you help them achieve → How you do it → Why it matters. Example: “I help PE-backed SaaS companies reduce churn and increase LTV by building scalable customer success teams. Previously led CS at a $50M ARR company through acquisition.” 3️⃣ POSITIONING Positioning is the silent signal that says: “I belong in the room you’re thinking of inviting me into.” Ask yourself: ✅ Does your profile signal authority in your space? ✅ Are you creating or curating content that builds strategic leverage? ✅ Does your network reflect the type of people you want to attract? 📌 Fix this fast: 1. Pin a top-performing insight post to your Featured section. 2. Start a weekly post series that showcases your unique frameworks or mental models (e.g., “Boardroom Fridays: Lessons from Investor Meetings”). ✅ Pro Tip: Your profile doesn’t just attract people. It filters them. Build it with the lens of “who am I signaling to?” That clarity can be worth more than your best pitch deck. P.S. Want feedback on your profile? Drop “Audit Me” in the comments & I’ll send you a personalized audit of your profile.

Your executive team hasn’t posted in 3 months. That’s costing you 7 figures & solid authority in your market. Here’s why: Invisibility is the real problem on Linkedin. And here’s what that actually costs you no matter how big your business is: → Missed top-of-funnel reach with your exact ICP → Recruiting pipeline dries up (A-players don’t apply to faceless brands) → Trust erosion with partners, investors, and talent → Your competitors show up daily and look like category leaders Meanwhile, you’re spending 6 figures on brand, paid, and PR. But when people search your execs on LinkedIn? They find… crickets. The fix isn’t complex. But it does need to be intentional. Here’s what leading exec teams do that yours probably isn’t: ✅ They post original thought 2x/week, ghostwritten but personal ✅ They have a shared narrative that ladders up to the company’s POV ✅ They create relationship gravity with partners, recruits, and the press ✅ They show up consistently, not just when launching or fundraising ✅ And they stop thinking “LinkedIn is optional” If you’re not building your brand on LinkedIn, you’re invisible to the right people and opportunities. You’re leaving money, trust, and inbound attention on the table every single week. P.S. Want to fix it? DM me “EXEC” and I’ll share how to go from silent to in-demand on LinkedIn in just 60 minutes.

"My prospects don't use LinkedIn." (Or are they quietly checking you out every day?) That’s exactly what a founder told me last quarter. So we peeked at his profile analytics. A senior decision-maker at a €500M firm had visited his company page and profile that week. No likes. No comments. Just silent sizing-up. Here’s what most leaders miss: LinkedIn is today’s go-to search engine for B2B buyers. Most of them aren't scrolling to leave likes or comments on your posts. They’re scrolling to assess. They ask: - What do you stand for? - Do you really knows this space? - Could I trust them in front of our board? Then they quietly share profiles in internal chats: “Take a look?” “Add to our shortlist?” “Bring in for next quarter?” If your LinkedIn doesn’t showcase the expertise and authority they expect, you’ve already lost 80% of the decision before you even know it. So ask yourself: Are your prospects truly "not" using LinkedIn? Or are they silently watching and deciding if you’re the right fit? Are you a B2B executive/founder who thinks the same? Think again! P.S: Comment below your opinion/questions.

1 headline change = 5-figure deal + newsletter feature for a $5M company founder in 10 days (without posting content) Andres had build a $5M company. But his LinkedIn profile made him look like an underachiever. No presence. No positioning. Just a headline that read: “Founder | B2B SaaS | Passionate about growth” It told me what he was. Not why anyone should trust him. He didn’t reach out to optimize his brand. He just said: “I’m not showing up in the rooms I belong in. Can LinkedIn fix that?” He booked a 1:1 audit. In 60 minutes, we discussed his positioning, all the shortcomings and decided to fix it. The first thing I rewrote? His headline. Here's how I rewrote his headline (and why it worked): I used a simple rule I teach in every audit: Your headline should answer one question: “Why should I trust you in 5 seconds or less?” So I asked him: • What has he actually built? • What outcome has it created? • What credibility markers are hiding in plain sight? Then I rebuilt it from credibility > clarity > curiosity: Before: Founder | B2B SaaS | Passionate about growth After: Built a $5M AI platform helping banks cut fraud by 43% | 2 exits | Backed by SoftBank It turned his headline from “just another founder” to someone with traction, results, and trust. That was it. No algorithm games. No viral thread. Just one rewrite. Here’s what happened in 10 days: - A fintech newsletter featured his startup. - A corporate innovation lead DM’d: “Saw your profile, can we talk about partnership?” Later on they closed a 5-figure deal. LinkedIn is your reputation engine. Your headline? That’s the trailer. If it doesn’t hook in 5 seconds, no one sticks around for the story. You don’t need a new platform. You need a new narrative. And sometimes, that starts with 12 words. P.S. If your headline doesn't introduce you as you deserve, I can help. I offer 1:1 profile audits and rewrites that build silent trust with the right people. DM me “audit” or check the featured section to fix it.
