Did you see what happened here? Nike has positioned itself as a brand that cares about the foot health of its customers. People buy from businesses they trust. And this trust comes when they believe you are here to solve their problem. But, you don’t know how to build long-term B2C relationships. You lack premium content and strategy to build trust. Your marketing budget is expanding but your sales and trust = 0. What happens now?
